We’re updating our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

We're working on some new things at Skillshare. As part of that work, we are making some updates to our Terms of Service, Teacher Rules and Requirements, and Privacy Policy, which may affect your rights, so you should read them carefully.

These changes include:

Updates to our Terms of Service and Teacher Rules and Requirements to provide additional information about new services that Skillshare is now offering or may be offering in the future, including a marketplace for Digital Products;
Updates to our Privacy Policy to address new legal requirements, including how to exercise new rights that may be available to some of our users, as well as additional details regarding the information we collect, how we use that information, and the situations in which that information could be shared.

These updates, which you can view via the links above, go into effect on September 2, 2024. If you disagree with these updates, you may terminate your agreement with Skillshare at any time by deleting your account through your user profile. By choosing not to terminate your account with Skillshare, or by continuing to use our websites and/or mobile applications on or after September 2, 2024, you accept and agree to these updates.
